Currently, Moo Myung is forced against a wall with our captor in front of him, he held a wicked looking knife and aimed it at his jugular. "How dare a peasant wear silk?" He laughs at the thought. "Your life must have picked up here in the capital."

"Deal with me," Moo Myung states. "Let her go."

"I never saw Dog-Bird look so scared before." Dog-Bird? Is he talking about Moo Myung? Interesting name... "I have a feeling it is because of her." Moo Myung glances over at me, who is still bound and gagged, for a second.

"I told you to let her go," he says matter-of-factly.

"Stay still," I heard someone say as another one of Scarface's goons drag Ji-Dwi into the alley we were in. What in the world is Ji-Dwi doing here? "He was poking around outside."

"That wench's fate..." Scarface started to speak to Moo Myung again, "depends on what you do."

"If you touch a single hair on her head, you are dead," he threatened.

Scarface just chuckles at his threat, "I do not know about that. I think you will die before I do."

"Now!" Moo Myung screams as he grabs Scarface's knife by the blade. He grabbed the knife with both hand, bleeding as he did so from all the pressure, and said, "Kill me now, then. But if she gets hurt before then, I will kill you."

Meanwhile at the Hwarang Appointment Ceremony... 

The rest of the Hwarang line up in the palace courtyard, ready to be officially appointed by the queen regent.

"Yeo Wool, for whom are we waiting? Why are we not starting?"

"They must be making us stand... to give us a hard time," he stated, starting to get impatient. 

"Maybe the princess hasn't arrived," some else spoke up.

"Don't be ridiculous..." Soo Ho said, excited to meet the princess. If she's anything like the Queen... 

"Has Seo-Yeon arrived yet?" The Queen asks her court lady, Mo Young.

"I am sorry, but she has not arrived," she answered. "I believe Min-Seo is out looking for her. I'm afraid to say that she might be in danger." The Queen sighed in exasperation. 

**Time Skip**

"Your highness, we can not wait any longer," Mo Young said. "Your highness," she urges. 

"Start the ceremony," she gives in, knowing she couldn't postpone to for a longer duration.

"Start the ceremony!" Hyun Chu shouted as the sound of gongs banging rang through the air.

I woke up still bound, gagged, and blinded while leaning against a wall of some building. I need to get out of here... I tried wiggling around for a bit, trying to see if I can loosen the rope. This is impossible... ahh this headache is killing me. I shook my head trying to get the pain to disappear. 

It wasn't long before I heard a door swinging open and multiple footsteps walking in. It must be Scarface and his followers. "You are the wench that Dog-Bird treasure so much," he said while running the point of his knife along my face. Dog-Bird... I don't think I'll ever get used to hearing that. "So I shall treat you properly. You look like Dog-Bird's type," he stopped talking when we heard a ruckus nearby. Must be Ji-Dwi and Moo Myung. I hope they're doing well. They left me alone again, closing the door behind them.
