2 Months Later
"CONGRATULATIONS!" Everybody in the office screamed as Chris uncovered the name plate next to my brand new office.
"Thank you." I smiled.

"Me and Carlee will be taking a few days to regroup and we'll be starting fresh Monday. There will be a meeting once I get back, I'm changing a few things. Thanks everybody for your time." Chris said.
Everybody scattered and headed back to their offices. Once we were alone, Chris pulled me closer to him and kissed my lips.
"Congratulations baby." He smiled.
"Thank you."
Chris pulled the keys out his back pocket and unlocked the door and we went inside.
"I can't wait until it's furnished in here." I said.
"Everything should be all set once we get back."
"Get back? We going somewhere?"
He smirked. "Let's get out of here, go grab our son then get something to cook tonight."
"Okay." I grabbed his hand and we left out.
Chris and I relationship has been amazing. We're not really together though. We still haven't had sex, just small kisses every now and then. It's kind of like we're getting to know each other all over again, while coparenting.
I'm happy that we're in the space we're in. It's take less stress off of me. And I'm sure off of him as well. Maybe if we would've took our time when we first got together, things would be different.
I felt like we didn't really know each other before. Now I probably know him better than I know myself and vice versa.
Over the last two months, Chris restarted his counseling and he entered an outpatient rehab, he has 30 more days left and I couldn't be more proud of him.
His mom is finally coming home and we've been putting together a surprise party for her. My dad and Leslie are getting married next week. I'm not really Leslie's favorite person right now and that's perfectly okay with me. I don't know much about what's going on with Marissa because I don't go around my dads place too much anymore.
Me and my dad aren't close. He showed me who he really cared about and that hurt a lot but I'll survive.
Not only did Chris enter rehab I just finished my AA classes. We made a deal that we'd both seek help for our issues. Not only for us but for Junior as well. I've been thinking about doing some counseling. I have anger issues and a lot of things that I've bottled up.
I just need to talk to somebody that won't judge me. Well not out loud at least.
After we picked up Junior and grabbed some food for dinner, we headed back to my place.
Chris is mainly here, for some reason he won't stay at his house for a long period of time. He's been talking about moving a lot too.
