I rested my right elbow on the window of the Mercedes and mumbled quietly to myself. "What?" Phoenix turned around in her seat and looked at me. "Nothing, I just wanna know where we're going!" I groaned. Phoenix glanced at Mercedes and she shrugged and nodded. "Okay, fine. We're going to Mercedes' grandma's horse ranch! And spending the week there. And yah, we're not going to school!!!" Phoenix smiled and leaned against her seat, blowing smoke into my face. I coughed and smiled. "Your welcome!!" Mercedes said, smirking. "Whateva.." I said, leaning back into the car seat.
Finally, after a 2 hour drive Mercedes pulled up into a long dirt rock driveway. I saw the horses and my heart skipped. Horses were amazing. I use to ride, but then I grew out of it. We climbed out and I stretched, cracking my back and neck, and walked to Mercedes' grandma's front door. "Hey guys!! Whatcha been up to?"
