chapter 8

Nicole's POV

My alarm went off at 6:30. I switched it off and groaned. I jumped in the shower washed and dried my hair, then brushed it through and left it down. I put on my makeup, the usual shit and put on my pink crop jumper and black skinny jeans.

I went into the kitchen and started to make some pancakes for me and adi. Why not? I finished making them and went to see if adi was awake.

I walked from the kitchen  down the hall and to his door.
" Hey adi" I said whilst I knocked on the door .
" Yeah come in" he said tiredly.
" adi seriously, you just got up we have school today" I reminded him
" I know" he said
" well get ready, there's pancakes in the kitchen" I said
" thanks" he said as I left the room.

Adi walked in and he was looking so hot today. I guess it wasn't just last night then. He was wearing a plain black t-shirt and loose black jeans. "Pancakes are on the table" I said slightly annoyed with myslef.
" ohhh my godd" adi said as he ate a pancake

" what" I laughed
" these pancakes are so good" he said.
" I feel like your mother" I whined
" why"  adi asked
" becuase last night I made you waffles and this morning I made you breakfast and woke you up." I told him
" oh. Sorry" adi said
" can you wash up please " I asked him
" yeah sure" he said as he finished his last pancake
" that was fast" I laughed
" good pancakes do usually get eaten fast" he laughed
I went to my room and made sure I had everything.

"Adi" I yelled
" yeah"
" what've you got first period" I asked
" errmm,  geometry, Mr smith" he replied
" Good your with me. Walk with me?" I asked
" sure" adi yelled back.
I sat down on sofa and just scrolled through my social media before adi said " you ready?"
"Yeah"
" Let's go then" he said motioning to the door.
We walked out together and started having a laugh.

" how far away do we live from the school" I asked
" not far about 15 minutes walk" adi said
" good" I laughed

We had a good laugh on the way to school. After about 15 minutes just like adi had said we arrived at the school.

"Adi I have to let them know I'm here and do other stuff like that, you can go hang with some friends or something " I said
" nah I'll come " adi said
" really, thats nice of you" I said
He walked me to the main office
" how may I help you" the desk person said
"Hi, I'm the transfer from England,  nicole levitt"

" oh welcome, I hope youre not to jetlagged and that you like LA so Far, here's some paper this has everything you need to know on it. Everything else will be given out in first period" she said giving me a fake smile.

"Thank you" I said taking the paper
"you too" I finished and I walked off with adi. Just as we left the front desk the bell went signalling first lesson starting. I walked in with adi and everyone was stood at the back of class so me and adi rushed to join them.

" hello class, I'm sure you all know but I'm Mr smith and I'm your geometry teacher. I'm going to put you all in a seating plan so just stand at the back of the class silently please" Mr smith said

He called put people's names until he got to mine " Ahh a new student. What might your name be" Mr smith asked
" I'm nicole" I said awkwardly
" hello nicole, where did you transfer from" Mr smith asked
" England " i said
" interesting, well you'll be sat next to amelia" Mr smith said
