Merida

Darkness started to cover the place as Angus and I headed back to the castle.

"I hope Rapunzel reached Corona safe." I thought to myself.

This is my first time to talk to a princess just like me. It's so refreshing. I guess, we know the consequences of being a princess that's why I felt comfortable with her.

I am so fed up with three little brothers that I needed a sister right now.

I suddenly snorted because of my sudden conclusion.

"Oh Merida!" I said to myself. Angus suddenly stopped leaving me startled as I was forcefully pushed forward making my hair to scatter.

"Hey, what's wrong Angus?" I said as I fixed my messy curly hair that is scattered all over my face.

He started to groan loudly and move constantly that made me a difficult time of maintaining my balance.

I grasped his belt tightly to prevent myself from falling.

"Are ya alright Angus?!"

I can barely hear my voice as it interferes with Angus loud wailing sound. I am anxiously thinking of any solution of making him stop but still, I don't know what causes him to behave like this.

"Hey boy. Calm dow--" Before I can finish talking, he obediently stopped and I can hear his heavy breathing.

He stood there not moving an inch and that makes me question myself.

"What's happening here?"I said as I travelled my gaze around, looking at bunch of trees and cricket sounds can be heard everywhere. It echoed around the place.

"Come on now Angus."

I slightly motioned him to move by lightly giving a force of his belt. He still didn't move any limb.

Suddenly, while looking at the horizon, I witnessed the moon's raise appeared in a specific area and it began to move in a slow pace.

Slowly....

And

Slowly....

Until it stopped at our own location.

I blinked for a couple of times to clear my vision. The light is so powerful that it feels like I am going blind and cannot see anymore.

"Stop it already!" I covered my eyes with my bare hands as I waited it to disappeared but still, it didn't go away.

I can still see the bright light as I ducked over.

"What do ya need?!" I asked with an annoyed and raised voice. I slowly removed my hands from my eyes as I sensed my surrounding to darken.

The moon's raise disappeared like lightning leaving me dumbfounded.

"The moon." I whispered in my breath. I gazed at the moon and saw its innocence beauty.

A while ago, the place that was so bright because of its light but now it returned to its normal state.

"Is this what the witch is telling me about? The Man in Moon?" Words escaped my lips without even realizing it.

What did I just said?

I was back to reality as I felt the crisp and bone-chilling wind blows making me shudder.
