Somehow Jayson learned about the whole Mitch incident and now he's having almost of his team mates watch over me. Like come on I'm not a 5 year old who needs to be taken cared off. The whole school soon found out about me being related to Jayson and those who had been laughing and stuff have stayed away from me and haven't done anything, because they were afraid that Jayson would do something to them, and the girls have huge crushes on him and all act like they never done anything but Jayson doesn't like them considering that they are to plastic.
I walked out of my third class and bumped into Stephen, one of Jayson's team mates, who was standing in the doorway. The other students were all looking to see what he would do with wide eyes because they thought that he was going to punch me or something.
"Need help punching the faggot?" Mitch asked and Stephen looked up at him and raised an eyebrow at him
"Do you want your ass kicked again?" Stephen asked with a hiss and Mitch stiffened
"Let's go Noah, Jayson's waiting for us in the cafeteria" Stephen said as he pulled me along with him and not before I walked out I saw Mitch glare at the remaining students who had been laughing at him. Once we reached the lunch room Stephen told me to go sit at the table where the rest of the team including my brother were sitting at. I nodded and began to make my way over when I stopped and turned around
"I need to get my l-"I began but he cut me off saying
"Just go sit; I'll get your food" I sighed and turned back around and walked over to my brother's table where I was greeted by his friends.
"Hey kiddo" they greeted when they saw me nearing them. I smiled and sat in between Jake and Xavier. On the other side of the table sat my brother, on his right sat Jeremy, next to him sat David, beside him sat John and on his left was Liam, Michael and last but not Stephen who just arrived with both of our lunches. He placed my tray in front of me as he sat down next to Michael.
I thanked him and began eating my food. Oh and I forgot to say who was sitting on my side of the table. Well you know the first two, which are Jake and Xavier next to Jake was Adam and then there was Kyle and next to Xavier sat Jason and then there was Mark. They were all older than me; Jake, Stephen, my brother, Liam and Michael were all seniors while Kyle, Adam, David, Mark and Jeremy were all juniors. I was the only freshman at this table. I looked over to the table where my friends sat and saw them looking over at me with a sad look on their faces. I looked back when my brother called my name.
"Hmm?" I asked
"Invite them over. They can sit here if they want" he replied and I looked at him and then at the others who all nodded
"Really?" I asked and they chuckled nodding. I squealed, a manly squeal to be exact, and got up from my seat and ran to the table where my friends were. Once I reached their table they looked at me with questioning looks.
"Hey guys" I greeted them with a smile
"Hey Noah" they greeted back and I noticed that Rikkie was close to tears.
"Hey are you ok?" I asked her seating on the empty spot next to her. She looked up and just cried. She pulled me into her arms and kept saying she was sorry and that she didn't know that Anthony would do what he did. I hugged her back and told her that it wasn't her fault and that she didn't know about the type of person he truly was.
"It's ok, Rikkie, you didn't know" I whispered in her ear as she just kept crying. I sighed and looked at the others who shook their heads and all had the same look as I had.
"Hey, look at me" I said as I pulled her off of me so that she was looking me in the eyes.
"He didn't deserve someone like you. He's a sick bastard who deserves to be in jail" and whipped away her tears with my thumbs. She nodded and sniffled rubbing her nose with her sleeve.
