Part 24: Just Work.
Sapphire's POV
"Should we get started?" Stacie asked
"Yeah we should." Drake said standing in front of the gray background scenery.
I brought a stool over for him to sit on while Stacie positioned the camera.
"Thanks." he said smiling at me.
I smiled back.
"Okay just sit there with a straight face." Stacie said.
He did what she told him to do.
"Stare directly at the camera." she said.
His eyes were now on the camera.
"Ok 1..2..3.." she said snapping the picture.
"Shouldn't we take 2 pictures." I asked her.
"Yes lets do it again." she said.
"Okay." he said doing the same thing over.
"1..2..3..." she said snapping another picture.
I then heard my phone going off and I went to the side to answer it.
(Phone Convo)
"Hello?" I said answering the phone without looking at the caller ID.
"Hey Sapphire." Chris said back.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"I just wanted to know where we stand." he said.
"We're still together I just don't want what happened back at the house to happen again." I said.
"I promise that will never happen again." he said.
"Good." I said.
"I love you." he said.
"I love you too." I said before hanging up the phone.
I turned around to see Stacie and Drake staring at me.
"What?" I asked.
Stacie walked over to me and whispered. "What happened with you and Chris?" she asked.
"We just got in a argument." I said.
"Stop lying." she said giving me a "you better tell me what happened bitch." Look.
"Okay he almost hit me." I said.
She gasped. "Are you talking about Chris?" she asked.
"Yes." I said.
"You can't be. He would never hit you." she said.
"Well he almost did." I said.
Drake then walked over. "What's going on?" he asked.
I put my hand over Stacie's mouth before she could say anything.
"Something personal." I said before removing my hand from her mouth.
"Oh okay." he said.
"How about we take a break from the shoot?" Stacie asked.
"Yeah that sounds good. How about I take y'all to lunch." he said.
"I'm not really--" I said before Stacie butted in.
"You better feed my niece!" she said grabbing my arm.
"Your having a baby?" Drake asked.
"Yes I just found out not to long ago." I said.
"Well congrats." he said wrapping his arm around me.
"Thanks." I said while looking at Stacie who was giving me a evil glare.
