Part 27: regret.

Sapphire's POV

"You look very beautiful tonight." Drake said opening the car door.

I blushed a little then stopped. "Thank you , you look very handsome." I said.

We walked into the restaurant and got seated in the back where no one could see us.

When we got to the table the waiter walked up.

"What would you like to drink?" The lady asked.

We ordered our drinks and she walked away.

"So how far along are you?" Drake asked.

"I have been pregnant for a month and half." I said.

For some reason he looked hurt.

"Are you happy with Chris?" He asked.

I was so surprised he asked this.

"Yes I'm very happy with him." I said.

"He's not what he seems like." Drake said.

"What?" I asked.

"Chris is a bad guy and he doesn't deserve someone as beautiful and sweet as you." He said.

I decided to stop talking about Chris before I say something I might regret.

"Let's not talk about Chris." I said.

He nodded his head in agreement.

The waiter came up to our table and gave us our drinks and then we ordered our food.

Chris' POV

Here I was sitting in a booth close to Drake and Sapphire.

I can't believe she's on a date with him. I'm so pissed. I could go over there and whoop his ass right now.

Matter fact that's what I'm gonna do.

I got up from the booth and slowly walked over to their table.

Drake was the first one to see me and then Sapphire turned her head.

"Chris what are you doing here?" She asked standing up.

"What the fuck are you doing here?!" I yelled making her jump.

I tried walking over to Drake but she stood in front of me.

"It's just business." She said.

"Stop fucking lying to me." I said.

I didn't want to push her so I just picked her up , moved her , and then sat her back down.

"Come on I been ready to beat your ass!" Drake said.

Sapphire's POV

I can't believe Chris showed up here.

Chris and Drake started punching each other.

"STOP FIGHTING!" I screamed.

They continued to fight knocking over the table and chairs.

I didn't want to get in the way because of the baby so I called the manager back to where they were fighting.

"We are gonna have to get the bodyguards ." He said walking away.

I nodded.

Drake was throwing punches but Chris was definitely winning. Drake and Chris had blood on the ground mostly Drake's.

About 2 seconds later the bodyguards came and pulled Chris and Drake apart.

I knew Chris was mad but not this mad. He was furious.

He struggled in the bodyguard huge arms but stopped.

The other bodyguard walked Drake outside.

When Drake was out of site the bodyguard let Chris go.

"Look at what you did." I said looking at the huge mess.

"I told you not to fucking mess with him and you did it anyways! You don't fucking listen!" He said walking away from me.

"I'm sorry , you were right." I said grabbing his arm.

"Too late." He said pushing me away.

I had a feeling that was gonna be the last time I see him.
