#1 Open your photo, I have the same photo on the EXTERNAL LINK, i-download niyo na lang.
#2 Duplicate the photo layer, sharpen (filter>enhance>sharpen)
Amount: 56
#3 Gaussian blur (filter>blur>gaussian blur)
Amount: 8
Put it into 'soft light'
#4 On the same layer, click color balance (colors>color balance)
Midtones:
Cyan: 20
Magenta: 9
Yellow: -4
Shadows:
Cyan: 13
Magenta: 9
Yellow: 8
Highlights:
Cyan: 3
Magenta: 6
Yellow: -1
#5 Hue-Saturation (colors>hue-saturation)
Hue: -2
Lightness: 26
Saturation: 34
#6 Curves (colors>curves)
Input: 103 Output: 117
#7 Levels (colors>levels)
Levels: 19 - 1.14 - 247
Output levels: 0 - 248
#8 Create a new layer, fill it with color black (#000000) Set it to 'Soft light' and set the opacity to 35%
#9 Right click and flatten the image
