Honey Water:

How to Make it:

1. Boil some water.

2.  Pour the water into a mug and let it cool a little. 

3. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 grams) of honey into the mug. 

4. Stir the honey until it dissolves.

Benefits: 

- cures acne

- reduces bloating

- flushes out toxins

-  fixes sore throat 

- benefits weight loss


Rice Water: 

How to Make it: 

1. In a large saucepan, combine rice and water. 

2. Set aside for 3 hours. 

3. After 3 hours, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. 

4. Allow to cool. Puree rice mixture in a blender until smooth.

5.  Strain through cheesecloth or a fine sieve.

Benefits:  

-  glowing skin 

- healthy hair 

-  shrinks pores

-  energy drink


Rose Water: 

How to Make it: 

1. Select some fresh, fragrant roses and rinse them. 

2. Pull the petals off and discard the rest of the rose. 

3. Place the petals into a sauce pan and pour water over them. 

4. Cover the pot with a lid and set the heat to "low". 

5. Place a strainer over a large mason jar and filter.

Ginger Water: 

How to Make it: 

Combine water and ginger in a medium saucepan over high heat; bring to a boil. 

2. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes. 

3. Strain.

-  fixes 

-  decreases joint swelling 

- reduces inflammation 


Cucumber Water

How to Make it: 

1. Remove strips of cucumber skin, creating 1/2-inch-wide alternating bands of peeled and bare cucumber. 

2. Trim and discard ends. 

3. Halve cucumber lengthwise; cut into 1/2-inch slices. 

4. Combine cucumber and water in large pitcher; steep for 1 hour, and serve over ice. 

Benefits: 

- keeps muscles healthy 

- sustains clear and supple skin 

- eases nausea 

- removes dark circles 

- keeps you hydrated 


Mint Water:

How to Make it: 

1. Pour water into a pitcher. 

2. Mix lemon slices and mint leaves together in a bowl; add to water and stir. 

3. Refrigerate water mixture, stirring 1 time per day, until flavours have infused, 2 to 3 days.

Benefits: 

- promotes digestion 

- soothes inflammation 

- soothes nausea 

- fights acne 


Lemon Water: 

How to Make it: 

1. Dilute lemon juice in 8 oz of water; or 1/2 cup lemon juice + 3 tbsp boiling water + rest cold water.

Benefits: 

- contains potassium 

- has Vitamin C 

- provides the body an energy boost 

- blemish-free skin 

- provides a flat stomach


Fennel Water: 

How to Make it: 

1.  Bring 1 litre of water to a boil in a pot, you can also pour boiling water straight from the kettle. 

2. When the water begins to boil, throw the fennel seeds into them and immediately put out the heat. 

3. Cover the pot with a lid and let the water cool to room temperature.

Benefits: 

- relieves cramps

- soothes digestion 

- weight loss

- promotes healthy skin 

- freshens bad breath
