A girl who won't let anyone close
Because she's afraid of her heart
She doesn't want the love that arose
When her heart got ultimately torn apart
She sees love as an ignorant, useless emotion
That won't ever do anybody any good
Her words will never be that of balm or lotion
And she'd be spiteful every day if she could
Her heart has become a locked door
That nobody can unlock with a key
It was unlocked when she wanted to soar
But someone ripped the wings from she
She forever wants to be alone
Because of that time of sadness
Because of that guy who had thrown
Away all her desired happiness
The only way for the door to be unlocked
Would be to get her to love again
But someone will have to watch the clock
Because in love she won't fall in
