Adjusting at my self and looking at Manik for confirmation that everything will go according to our plan we got out of the car...Manik was beside me in a second and we moved in...

"Hey Nandini " Lucy came to me with holding her skin-fitted gown in one hand to stop it from coming down her heels..

"Hy " I greeted back and she hugged me "Lucy meet Manik " I said and Lucy looked towards Manik and offered her hand to him for a shake

"Nandini !! Mukti isn't here yet...Of course she is something so she will arrive a bit late " Lucy said

"Yeah okay " I said

"Anyways you guys enjoy the party " Lucy said and left to attend the guests which had just arrived

"Mr Malhotra " we heard a voice and looked in our right to  saw a man approaching us

"Mr Rickard " Manik said and shook hands with the man

"Mr Rickard meet Nandini !! My girlfriend and Nandini he is the one who designed our building..he's an architect " Manik said and I gestured him a hello which she returned back...

"Nandini you know what when I started my career I made a mind set that I have to do all the things on my own and will bot be discussing my business matters with anyone but Mr Rickard was the one who became so close to me that I told him few things about my work and all " Manik told and I listened to him in a silence

"He seems a nice man " I said

"He is , baby " he said and I immediately looked towards him and he slowly turned his forehead towards me with his face holding a smirk which was like icing on cake as my cheeks turned even more warmer and I could imagine my face reddening...

"Hey guys " We heard our friends' voice and looked behind to see them approaching us...

"Is she here ?" Cabir was the first one to ask

"Not yet " Manik replied

"Cabir just relax and make yourself comfortable because we don't want anyone to get suspicious of us " Dhruv said keeping a hand on Cabir's shoulder

"Nandini ! " I hear a soft shout and saw Lucy coming towards us in a hurry..." There's Mukti " she said pointing towards the direction in our left...."be careful...she can read people's body language just like a policeman does and can come to k ow about your plan very easily" she warned us

"Don't worry !! We will act normal " Manik said casually
