Done with folding the bottom of the sweatpants , he stood in front of me and after cupping my face he leaned closer to me...

He placed his lips softly over mine and began to shower me with the love in his kiss...

He was scared

The way he kissed me ; with all the love showed that he was scared for me..The stunt that Mukti played on me had actually made him feel terrified...

I reciprocated and moved my lips in sync with him....It was a slow soothing kiss which was reflecting our care towards each other...

I held Manik's neck with my both hands to get more access and it was soon I started feeling the need of oxygen...But I didn't want to stop , I didn't want Manik to stop

But he did

He slowly detached his lips from mine and both of us took breath at a higher rate...We had our eyes closed and hands still on each other...

"You were scared " I told him

"Yes !! And believe me I have never felt that much helpless as I felt at that moment " Manik accepted "You are very special Nandini " He added

"I am okay and with you " I said

He joined his forehead with mine and we once again closed our eyes to feel each other's presence...

We had to talk

Talk to Mukti

For the sake of sorting out matter with her all of us were gathered in a park..

In an isolated place of the park...

Restaurant wouldn't have been a suitable place to talk about the things that we had to and no one suggested to meet at home as per mutual understanding so we cane up with a plan to meet at park...

"David and I are together from two years.." Mujti started "actually I wasn't with him at all..For me it was just a bad phase " she continued "He wanted me...he wanted me as a girlfriend but I never agreed " She was opening up to us "He forced me and threatened me but I never took them seriously.." She took a deep breath to shove away the tears "He killed my parents "

What the HELL !!

How could someone be so cruel ? So heartless ? So insensitive ?

I felt anger rising in me on remembering my daddy's face...

He loved me so much

Tears stuck at the corner of my eyes and were threatening to fall..

"I was in a bad state..I used to stay numb whole day and he took me with him...He used to torture me...He used me as a submissive " She told and it pinched me on seeing her condition and thinking what could have happened..."One day when I was tired of all this , I started planning to take revenge for the death of my parents...For hurting me and for ruining me " She had no expressions on her face and I felt bad , really bad for her..."I started acting as if I was very happy with David and he fell into my plan " She added "He used to follow me like a puppy and I started taking advantage of him...He doesn't know that I have stolen most of his work's info from him " She completed and looked at us....We were already looking at her with sympathy held in our eyes ..."why are you guys behind them ? What did he do to you ?" She asked

"They used me to put all the blame " Cabir said

"Yeah !! I remember you " Mukti added

"They killed my father " I said looking at the ground as if it was something very interesting....

I kept my face expressionless as the memories of seeing my father lifeless was the most dreadful sight ever...

"They showed as if he committed suicide "  I added

An arm went around my should and embraced me in a side hug....

It was not Manik !!

It was Dhruv

"But you know what..." Dhruv started addressing Mukti "he is very strong" she told her about me... "Haina ?" He asked turning his head towards me and I nodded while my gaze was still fixed on the ground..."She has proved that she is the daughter of Mr.Murthy " He was encouraging me all the time "Smile !!" He ordered me "c'mon kiddo !! Just smile and feel the victory "He emphasized "Manik loves you" He whispered in a voice which only I could hear and listening to his words...Automatically a smile broke onto my face..

I looked upwards and everyone was already looking at me smiling all the while..

"What did you say to her ?" Alya asked as she was always the curious one

"That's a secret between a brother and a sister " Dhruv replied and I looked at him as he called me his sister....

He passed me a smile and I returned the favour...

"I'm so sorry Nandini " Mukti said stepping towards me and Dhruv moved aside

"It's okay " I replied

"I hurt you " she said

"You were just defending yourself.." I said

"And I'm sorry to hear about your father " She said "I didn't know it before or I would have tried to stop them " She said "but I really want to help you guys " She added

"That's the only thing we want " Cabir replied

"I don't know you guys much " She said hesitantly as if we would mind it

"I'll tell you " Navya jumped in and we chuckled at her act "

And she continued to introduce all of us...Telling how close we were and all....

"Thank you guys " Mukti said

"It's okay " Replied Cabir

"I'll take a leave...bye " Mukti said and left after passing all of us a smile

"Finally !! Finally we got Mukti " Alya exclaimed

"Yeah !" Cabir said happily

He was happy as he got a ray of hope to get his respect back and to gain his freedom back...

All of us moved towards our cars and soon everybody left except for me and Manik....

"Bye Manik " I said with a smile

"Come with me Nandini...We can go for  an outing " he offered

I so wanted to go

I so wanted to live that moment with him

I so wanted to feel his presence

"Manik I want to but I have some work " I said

"Okay but be safe " He said with concern

"I love you " I told him

"I love you more , my love " He said cupping my face

"Bye " I said and he left me

I don't want to get out of the feeling of his touch...I thought...
