Appearance- 5'2, very pale skin, long brown hair tipped with blue, yellow-green eyes with slit pupils like a reptile, has thick blue horns on her head, dragon wings, long spikey tail, and dragon feet (all the same shades of sapphire blue), wears a dark teal off-the-shoulder long-sleeved top and black pants, usually wears a silver pendant on a black string Her wings have little claws on the top, and she has curved talons on her feet and flexible spikes at the end of her tail. The claws are all the same light grey, the tail spikes are pale blue; just a little lighter than the underside of her tail
Personality- mean, cynical, and nastily superior, Pen is a downright bitch. She cares little for others and will only help if it somehow benefits her. This leads her to be very manipulative, and she'll do basically anything to get what she wants. She's surprisingly witty and intelligent, but mainly only uses her smarts to dig into the lives of others. Pen has a short temper and lashes out when she's angry, which is rather common for a Kasema dragon. She has a tendency to seem somewhat unhinged sometimes, since she takes pleasure from others' pain or anger. Pen also has a habit of eavesdropping around the Kasema base to gain information that can be used as blackmail, which has gotten her in trouble multiple times. Though, since she's as rebellious as she is, said trouble hasn't been enough to get her to stop.
Weapons- has no need for weapons outside her own body. Her claws and spikey tail make her a very efficient fighter in close combat, and she can grow her front canines into fangs if needed (but doesn't like to because it's a bit painful). When in her human form, she can shoot blue fire from her hands that can either burn OR freeze, depending on what she wants to do.
