Appearance- short curly blue hair in an undercut, light brown eyes, has small grey-striped horns on the top of his head and faint grey freckles, has scars of varying sizes all over his body, wears a collared black jacket over a dark red t-shirt, skinny jeans, white sneakers, has a white string he always wraps around his hand to mess with if he gets bored, has three earrings in each ear- two small posts and one cuff near the top, usually wears a pair of silver dog tags around his neck
Personality- intelligent, insecure and nervous, aloof, not good at paying attention and gets distracted/bored easily, can be a bit aggressive but tries hard not to be, versatile, surprisingly tactful, hates being depended on or in charge, very shy and avoids people as much as he can, has trouble saying what he means and expressing himself, indecisive, funny without meaning to be, moody and pessimistic, usually tries to run from his problems, doesn't trust his own instincts and choices

How is he a 'half-demon'?
Okey. This idea is gonna take a bit of explaining.
When someone summons a demon, it doesn't create a new entity. It brings up a demon from the Underworld. This demon is now stuck in the dimension they were summoned, but they don't remember anything about their previous lives. Their memories are wiped completely. They have not lost any of their demonic powers, though. They're still full-blown demons; just in human form. The person who tried to summon Fletcher didn't do the ritual right. They messed up some element, and as a result, Fletcher is only half of what a normal 'human' demon would be. It's more difficult to access his powers (and he doesn't like to anyway), he appears younger, he has visible demon aspects (his horns, but he can use a glamour to hide them), and best of all, he has emotions.
Demons don't have feelings, period. Buuuut since Fletcher is only half, he does, and often gets thoroughly confused and overwhelmed by his emotions. He leans more pessimist than optimist, and often feels like a mistake or a waste of space, even though it's not his fault he's like that.
Because of this, he's extremely sadistic towards himself and constantly suicidal. He's tried to kill himself several times but he's immortal so it never works, and he knows it won't work, but he likes trying anyway. Most of his scars aren't visible, but he cuts himself up every time he gets even slightly depressed. His eyes get darker and darker the more injured he is, and they go entirely black if he hurts himself to where a mortal would be dead
He's basically a personified trainwreck and I love him.
