Ambulance sirens the sirens are loud, loud enough for the whole neighborhood to hear
Ethan's pov
I turn and see Grayson leave without saying a word after a minute of silence Natalia falls to the ground
"Natalie!" i yell
I run to her and see her in the ground she's not awake everyone is running up to her
"Call the ambulance!" I yelled
"I'm going!" Alex yells back
"Natalie please Natalie.." I say quietly

The ambulance arrives; I carried her, her mouth is slightly opened that you can only see two of her upper teeth it breaks my heart knowing
1. Grayson left knowing that she's pregnant
2. She faints
I carefully run with her in my arms to the door the ambulance busts in and takes her away from my arms
"Sorry sir but we will be taking her to the hospital at this moment" a man with red long hair says
"Can I come with her?" I ask impatiently
"No sir sorry we can't allow that" he says checking that she's well put in the bed
"Well I'm coming with her" I say not regretting it
"Look sir you ca-" I cut him off
"Listen she's my fucking girlfriend and I should be allowed to come with her she's important to me if something happens to her it might as well happen to me too!" I scream in his face the man looks around as two other men are carrying her onto the ambulance
"I'll allow it this time" he whispers
"Thanks" I say
Did I just call her my girlfriend? I turn and see everyone looking at me in shock
"Dude you called her your girlfriend" Jake says
"I guess I did" I say looking around and seeing a couple of neighbors being nosy

We're in the hospital and they rush her into a room
"Can I go with her?" I ask the same man
"No sorry you just can't" he says with sorrow in his eyes
Fucking shit I walk up the the front desk
"Can I visit?" I ask her impatiently
"Well by what I heard coming from dr.shwik you can't be allowed to go in" he says looking up from her desktop to me
"Bastard!" I yell walking away
All attention is drawn to me
"Sir what's her name?" She asks
"Natalie Lizka" i say putting my hands up to my face
"Okay sir go ahead and take a seat we will call you when being allowed to visit her" she says

I walk to a seat and call the Lizka's house number
"Hey guys you can all come" I say ending that call after I call my house numbers since my parents just got back from the vacation that Natalie paid for them
"Hey mom or dad can you guys come to the hospital Natalie fainted and we had her brought to the hospital I came in the ambulance with her but they won't let me in till she's ready for visitors" I say the other line was quiet I heard breathing heavy breathing only one person breathes like that
