I knock on my parents door hopefully they open it I see the lights turn on
"Hey Natalie!" My mom says opening the door she pulls me in for a tight hug
"Hey mom, I need to talk to you guys" I say playing with my fingers
"Come on in Natalie" she says pulling me into the home that I grew up in she walks me over to the living room it hasn't changed I haven't visited in months I sit down in the couch and she sits across from me
"Okay, so Ethan and I are living fine we have been pretty busy I mean me buying stuff for the home and the twins and then Ethan working non stop for us" I say
"Okay honey well are you guys frustrated or something?" She asks
"It's not they but earlier I made him chicken soup but the Mexican type and he said that it was good but I don't know if he said it sarcastically or if he really meant it" I say looking down to my phone
I just see new messages being sent to me continuously by Ethan
"Well hun he probably actually meant it i don't think that he will ever try to make you feel bad" she says in a soft tone
"But mom here's the thing.. I visited Grayson in prison while Ethan was at the set
She looks down to the ground and puts her hands in her face covering it she runs her face before looking up to me
"What happened" she asked
"He was surprised that I visited him and well he said that he didn't mean anything that he was actually drunk he drank right after he left our house that day I broke the news that I was pregnant with his baby" I say
"Do you believe in second chances?" she asks
"Do you love him?" She asks
"Do you believe him?" She asks
"Let me tell you something Natalie, I believe in second chances, I love your father and I believe in him and I know that you will ask me why I'm talking about your father, well Natalie the same happened with me it's like my life being replayed but your father didn't go to prison he just disappeared; and well I love Grayson to be honest he's a good kid now yes he did drink underage but he was a good kid he did online school and he did really good in his classes and he had manners, I love Grayson and you do to so if you want it tell Ethan that you visited him tell him before it's too late and if you want to live with Grayson tell Ethan" she says
"I love you mom" I say
"I love you too babe" she says standing up and walking over to me in order to give me a hug
"Now I was wondering if I could spend the night here" I say quietly
"Natalie sorry to say this but no you can't get your ass out of here and go tell Ethan before I myself drive you over there myself and stand there while you tell him everything" she says
"Mom are you seriously kicking me out" I say with a laughing towards the end
"Yes bitch" she says I'm speechless since when did my mom curse
"Sorry hoe but leave now" she says walking me over to the door
"Rude" I say turning to look at her I see her turn and signal someone or whatever to get up
"Mom it's just us here-" I was cut off by seeing Ethan walk out of the bar
"Eth-" I was cut off my him walking over to me and giving me a tight hug
"Natalie I heard it all" he says
"Look Ethan-" I was cut off by him again
"Just be careful, I'll still be here for you, you can still live with me till Grayson finds himself a job and does what needs to be done" he whispers onto my ear I was speechless
"Ethan-" I was cut off by him once again
"Come on Natalie" he says letting go, holding my hand and walking out the house with me by his side
"Bye mom" I say turning to look at her once more
She waves at us both and closes the door behind her Ethan opens the passenger door for me
"Ethan my truck is here" I said while putting the seatbelt on he didn't say anything he just closed the door after me and walked over to the drivers side Strange
"Let's go home" he whispers
"Hey you know we haven't seen the guys in a VERY long time" I say turning to look at him
"Yeah I know" he says
"Well don't you miss them?" I ask
"If doesn't matter" he says clenching his jaw
"Ethan if you're going to start with that attitude then let me get off so I can go" I say raising my voice
"I just don't want to see them at this moment" he says
"Well have fun then" I say getting of the truck and closing the door after me I run to my truck and get on immediately I see Ethan in his truck frustrated I drive off and dial Aaron he's always kind of been my favorite he was always there for me the phone rings 2 times before I hear a voice
"Hello?" He asks his voice got a little deeper
"Aaron?" I ask
"Natalie? Is that you?!" He asks
"Yeah I was wondering if you and all the guys would like to meet up with me and catch up while having lunch?" I ask
"Oh uh yeah Natalie I'll call them I haven't heard from you or the twins" he says in an excited tone
"Well call me when you guys can" I say
"Okay byeee nataliee" he says
"Bye Aaron love you" I say before hanging up God damn I haven't seen those boys in a long fucking time I miss them
