She was found alone.
The whole plant was devoid of animal life, except for her. She spoke an unknown language and wore strange clothes. When the unit tried to approach her she was frightened, like a lost pet being saved by strangers.
She ate very little on the way back, or so I was told. She tried to run when they landed, but failed. I felt sorry for her.
