The Clock Strikes Twelve

So my dearest lady
where do we go from here?
I know that there has been a lot of tears.

Times can surely get tough,
but you,
you are a diamond in the rough.

You are patiently waiting to shine
as the warm sun casts a spell on you to tell you that every thing will be fine.

Things can certainly be hard you must admit;
but that shouldn't be a reason to just stop and quit!

Venture forth and eventually you will find:
your soul, your heart, and even your mind.

Over the past few years,
you've been filled with nothing but strife.
The people around you really do love you, but do you yourself value your one and only
life?
