Grand Admiral Thrawn season 3. Thrawn is blue all over with red eyes and spikes. He has sharp, taloned wings and sensitive webbed ears that can pick up small sounds. He has spikes lining his arms, feet, tail and elbows. He has a horn between his nostrils. With his hammer head tail, Thrawn is definitely a frightening dragon.
