Some of us are human (Derek)

You hated Derek with a passion and he hated you just as much. You just never really got along. He was a sour wolf who blamed you for killing his family because your sister, Kate, burnt down his house with his family inside. Though Scott now trusted you and so did everyone else, he just didn't like you.

Today, both you and Derek had to keep watch of Jackson. He was the Kanima and no one could let him out of their sight. It just so happened that there was an inhumanly noise outside and Derek went to investigate.

"(Y/N) I'm going to check out that noise. Don't let him do anything. If he even just moves a muscle, I'll rip your throat out...with my teeth." You nodded, not really fazed by his threat. You're used to it now but it's not like you're gonna let a monster, who doesn't know he's a monster, escape from your grip.

At that very moment Jackson opens his eyes. You see that half of his face is now covered in scales.
"D-Derek!" You shout but before he can run back in, Jackson takes off. He was too desperate to leave so he didn't bother slitting your throat with his poison tail.
"(Y/N)! Where's Jackson!? What did you do!?" Derek shouted as you shrugged angrily.
"I told you to watch him! You just let a boy who's murdered multiple people back into the world. I knew we shouldn't trust you. You're a human anyway." That made you go mental.

"Exactly Derek. Everything can't be perfect. People need to make mistakes. Some of us are human you know. Not everyone is like you Derek, not everyone's an alpha!" You shout walking out. If Derek really wants help, he should find someone willing. Not a helpless human like you.
