These Wolves I Dream Of

Snow fell rapidly as the howling of wolves was heard in the distance. (Y/N) looked around in fear as a pack of wolves surrounded her. "G-Genji!" (Y/N) cries out as the wolves draw near her, looking upon her for bloodlust. They stopped when cornering her against a cliff, making (Y/N) shake in fear even more as a man appeared. A fine white wolf pelt laid upon his shoulders and head, a bow made of bone of many kills, and the glow of golden eyes. "(Y/N)... why can't you just stay with me? Am I not better then my brother? Why are you so blind..." a shush voice said as (Y/N) backed up, feeling the edge of the cliff, snow blowing harder into her eyes. "S-Stay away H-Hanzo!" (Y/N) squeaks in responds as he only laughed.

"You don't have much of a choice dear (Y/N)... it's be with me among these wolves, or die." Hanzo sneered as he took an arrow and had his bow ready to be shot. (Y/N) shaked her head before looking behind her, as the snowy ravine was seen. "I rather die then be with a man who murdered my love! I will not belong to you in the world of living. I belong with my love, in th world of the dead!" (Y/N) shouted before taking a step back, having (Y/N) arms crossed against her chest. She welcomed the cold and darkness as she fell into the the ravine. Shouting was heard as, calling for her. (Y/N) opened her eyes and took a deep breath, holding onto what was close by. "Ouch! (Y/N), I might be part omnic, but that doesn't mean I can't feel. That hurt you know." A soft robotic voice was heard as a hand was placed on hers.

(Y/N) looked up to find Genji laying beside her, his mask not on and brown eyes full of worry. "Are you okay? What happened?" "I-It was only a dr-dream?" (Y/N) mubbled quietly as she looked into his eyes before tackling him off the bed and hugging him. "Genji! Please don't ever leave me! I can't stand to have these constant nightmares of you disappearing and these wolves killing me! I just can't!" She cried out, tears streaming down her face. Genji held her close, kissing her head. "I will never leave you, no matter what. These wolves you dream of will never stop coming, but as long as I'm here, they'll never come to life." Genji said while rubbing (Y/N)'s back, calming her down, back into a dream, but of hope and peace. For (Y/N) knew that she was protected by Genji, not matter what.

I know it's a short oneshot, but with very slow updates caused by me being busy with making a new story (which is almost ready to be published!) and not enough time.
