"Tom." Tord eventually said.
"What?" Tom said as he stood up and help out his hand again, this time as an offering to help Tord up.
Tord took his hand and stood up. "Could I possibly... Stay here for a bit?"
"Um...okay...we'll have to check with Edd." Tom scratched the back of his head.
"ITS FINE WITH ME!!" Tom and Tord jumped as they heard Edd yell through the door.
"Stalker." Tom muttered. "We've got a guest room next to my room." He said as he walked to then end of the hall and opened the door. Tord followed quickly behind.
There was a bed and a small desk with a walk-in closet and a shared bathroom that connected Tom's and Tord's rooms.
"So...I'll go get my stuff from my old house. It's not much." Tord said as he dashed into the hallway, down the stairs, and out the door.
"Well, that was quick." Tom muttered to himself as he retreated to his room to wait for Tord.
