"Hey babe, want to head to the joint afterwards?" I turn my head. "Uh no thanks Brandon." I say as I close my locker.

As I pass the school halls I hear the whispers of others. I could care less about what they said.

"Oh look! It's Y/n!"

"Her skirt is so pretty! And her hair!"

"Wow she's so beautiful!"

"Man if I could have a damsel like her."

"She'd make a great wife."

I went with my friends who were waiting for me outside. "Hey Y/n!" Some of them waved at me.

I walk over to some of my friends. "Hi guys! I don't have anything today so let's go to the diner!" I say to them.

"Sounds like fun!" My friend Evan says. "Yeah let's go! Later we can go to the beach!" Marcel says.

"Hop in my car!" Lui says in his baby voice which I love ever so much. We all got into his red ford mustang and popped some tunes.

We arrived at the joint and we all sat down at our usual table. "So how's it going with you guys?" Jonathan asks.

"Good man. Me and Amber are great together." Evan says. "Awww! You guys are cute together!" I say with a gushy voice.

"What about you and Vanessa?" I ask Marcel. "Oh she's just so...amazing!" Marcel says with starry eyes.

I giggle. "Hold on. Let me order us something and put on some music on the juke box." Jon says as he gets up from his seat.

"So Y/n I was wondering if...you like me...like not in a friend way." Lui says. I turn to him shocked.

"Um I guess yeah?" It sounded more like a question. Before I could answer him again, he pulled me in and kissed me.

I could hear catcalls as my face burned red with embarrassment. "L-Lui!" I say towards him.

"Oh come on! Don't tell me you didn't like that!" He says. Everyone laughed as I turned red once again.

Suddenly, an upbeat song came on as I looked towards Jon. "Come on guys!" I say as I got up to dance.

They followed me and we began to have fun. Towards the end of the song, Lui began to spin me around.

"L-Lui..." "Trust me babe." I nodded and he began to spin me faster until he dipped me down and kissed me.

Catcalls could be heard as he pulled away and looked at me straight in the eyes.

"So what do you say to us babe?"
