I was woken up to my phone ringing and I groaned before grabbing it. I didn't check to see who it was before answering it. "Hello?" "Did you check your script?!" "What? Lana? Why are you yelling?" I asked groggily as I sat up. "We finally kiss!" I was immediately wide awake and I shot out of bed to the front door, then to my mailbox. I grabbed the Manila envelope with my script in it before going back inside and I leaned against my front door as I looked through the script. "Holy shit." I said and she squealed. "It's not even at the end of the episode!" I smiled at how excited she was and I bit my lip. "It's finally happening." "I know!" "Fuck." "Pick me up for work, lover Swan." I snorted a laugh. "Okay from the script, you initiate the kiss so." She groaned and I smirked. "Please pick me up lover? Is that better?" I smiled and rolled my eyes. "Fine."
We walked to where we needed to be and I bit my lip. I'm about to kiss Lana Parrilla. Holy fucking shit. Then my excitement was ruined as a certain red-headed Brit was waiting for us. "Darling! It's finally happening." She said and pulled Lana into a deep kiss. Lana smiled against her lips and tried not to kiss her too hard but Bex held onto her with a vice grip. Lana finally pulled away and moved towards me, smiling at Bex. "Bex, why don't you go wait in the trailer or something? You don't want to stand around and watch me kiss Jen for a bunch of takes." Lana said and Bex smiled and nodded, leaning in to kiss Lana but she glanced at me and gave me a once over. I narrowed my eyes, figuring she probably did want to watch so she could run on set and rip Lana away if I got too good or something. "Alright. I'll be in my trailer." Bex said and pecked Lana on the lips again before leaving. "Come on lover let's go kiss." Lana said and winked, smiling brightly and I chuckled as she pulled me to our places. We're already in costume. "Alright ladies. We're just going to run the kiss scene a bunch until there's a perfect Emma and Regina flow."

I looked around the vault, not noticing much of a difference before I turned to look at Regina. "So.. why'd you call me here?" I asked softly and she looked troubled. "Emma... I want to try something." She said and looked at me. I bit my lip and nodded as she stepped closer. She looked in my eyes and my heart started beating out of my chest. She caressed my cheek in her hand and started leaning in slowly but it was too slow so I met her halfway and kissed her deeply, my hand holding onto her waist. Our tongues danced and Regina took control of the kiss but I let her have it.

I leaned my forehead on Lana's as we both panted from finishing the scene the bosses liked. "I kissed you as Lana..." she whispered, tears in her eyes and I opened my eyes. "What?" I asked softly, confused at the tears in her eyes and the statement. "Please don't tell Rebecca... When I was kissing you as Regina... I couldn't get the sparks. Like... I don't know. Something about the passion so I kissed you pretending we were just kissing alone in your bedroom." She whispered and blushed, a tear falling onto her cheek. I felt my breathing hitch and I quickly reached up to wipe it away, pulling her into a hug. "I like kissing you as Lana." She whimpered and I nodded. "I was pretending we were kissing in my bedroom too." I admitted and she looked up into my eyes. "Yeah?" She asked softly, looking like a kicked puppy and i nodded. My heart felt broken at the look in her eyes. She smiled a little. "Should we maybe go practice kissing as Emma and Regina?" I asked and she nodded. "Probably." She mumbled. I nodded and we went to my trailer and then after we were in, I locked the door. We sat down on my bed and faced each other. "Okay so let's just start.." she mumbled. I nodded and she bit her lip. "Emma... i want to try something." She said and I nodded, then she leaned forward and I leaned in and caught her lips in mine.
After almost two hours we had finally practiced enough where we weren't pretending It was us somewhere alone when we were supposed to be in character kissing. "Jen... I don't know what to do.." She said quietly. I furrowed my eyebrows. "About what?" I asked softly. "You... Jesus I love kissing you. It's different with Bex. Her lips aren't as soft and they're just... not yours..." she mumbled and my breathing hitched. "Tell me what to do..." she mumbled and I hummed. "You just have to-" "please don't tell me to follow my heart." She said cutting me off and I bit my lip. "Do what seems right. I-If being with Bex feels right, then stay with her." I said softly and she sighed as she cuddled into me.

"Oh come on it wasn't like that!" Lana laughed out. I chuckled and nodded. "Yes it was." I said and Ginny smirked. "So if it was, that must've made shooting pretty good, hm?" She asked and Lana rolled her eyes as she smiled. "Yes shooting was good. But not because we were pretending we were kissing in Jens bedroom. It was because we're good actresses." Lana said and Ginny snorted a laugh. "Yeah right." She said. "Okay okay whatever. But shut up because Bex can't know." Lana said nervously and my mood was killed. "I'm gonna go get another drink." I said and got up, going to the bar. The three of us are having dinner at our favorite restaurant. I ordered my drink and sat down at the bar before leaning against one of my fists. "Hey." Ginny said and stood beside me. "Hey." I mumbled. "So what was that about?" She asked, leaning against the bar. I sighed. "She chose Bex. She said she liked kissing me but then she chose Bex." I said and my voice cracked. "I'm sorry. Maybe she hasn't chosen her yet." She said and I rolled my eyes as the bartender brought me my drink. "It's been a week and you just heard her say that Bex couldn't know." i said and she sighed. "Just don't give up on her Jen..." she said softly. I hummed and sipped my drink. She walked away and I finished my drink, so I got another. When I finished it, I went back to the table and sat back down beside Lana. She grabbed my arm. "Hey are you okay?" She asked and I looked at her to see she was really concerned. I bit my lip and nodded. "Jenny.." she mumbled and I looked over at Ginny who wasn't there. I sighed. "Look i just... i don't even know. I just guess I hoped maybe something would happen with us after kissing. But I know you're with Bex and you said you didn't know what to do but you stayed with her so that must mean that you-" before i could continue, she surged forward and kissed me, caressing my cheek in one of her hands. My breathing hitched and I kissed her back, my eyes closing. We pulled away when air became a problem and I leaned my forehead on hers. She rubbed her thumb under my eye and I my lip. "I want to be with you." She whispered and I felt my breathing hitch before I smiled. "Come on Morrison. Let's get you home." She said and I nodded. We slid out of our booth and she pulled me out of the restaurant. We went back to her car and she drove us to my house. "Will you stay over tonight? I wanna cuddle." I asked and she smiled. "Of course. I was planning on it anyways." She said and I chuckled. We got out of the car but before we got too far, Lana remembered to grab the cup with our phones in it from the cup holder. It's a dry cup of course. We always turn our phones off when we hang out. "Alright. I got the cup. Now let's go." She said and shook the cup, shaking our phones around and I chuckled. She grabbed my hand and pulled me to the front door, then took my keys from me and unlocked the door. I rolled my eyes and smiled as we went in, then she closed and locked the door behind us. She set her purse and my keys on the table in the foyer and I smiled before we went up to my room. She set the cup on my nightstand and then we both changed into pajamas. We got in bed and she pulled me to her as she stared into my eyes. "I'm going to kiss you." She said and then did exactly that. I moaned slightly and pulled her flush against me as we kissed softly, becoming a tangled mess of limbs under the sheets.
We woke up at 9.40 exactly the next morning and smiled at each other. "Good morning." I said softly and she smiled brighter. "Good morning." She said quietly and kissed me softly. When we pulled away she kissed my nose and I chuckled. We don't have work today. "I'm gonna turn my phone on. You want yours?" She asked and I hummed. "No. I'm just gonna koala you." I said and latched onto her like a koala bear as she moved to get her phone. She huffed. "It's annoyingly adorable when you do this." She said and I smiled. "I heard the word adorable." I said and she hummed. "Yes you did." She said and kissed the crown of my head. I closed my eyes as she started turning her phone on and she ran her fingers through my hair. After a few minutes I heard her gasp. "What?" I asked and looked up at her. "Our kiss. A fan took a picture and posted it and now it's everywhere." She said and her breathing started speeding up. "Hey. Hey.. it's okay. You're here. She's not going to hurt you." I said and she looked into my eyes. "She would never hurt me." She said and I felt the air leave my body. "I- just.." I was cut off by her phone ringing and She bit her lip before answering. "What the hell were you thinking? Why the fuck did you kiss her?." I heard Bex yell and Lana looked so sad. "I'm so sorry Bex. I don't know what happened. I just got caught up in a moment and our characters had been kissing and I had been drinking I'm just... so sorry." She said and her voice broke and I watched as the woman I loved diminished our kiss to nothing.
