I got the inspiration to write this poem because of the guy I have a crush on currently;he's also my Best friend... I guess am just a sucker for love.

I'm trying my best not to FALL for you
You keep trying to break the WALL in my heart
Would you catch me if I fall for YOU?
Would you be like the others and break me TOO?
Believe me,it hurts to feel this WAY
Bittersweet, you keep taking my breath AWAY
To feel love and anguish, both at ONCE
Reminds of walking on needles and THORNS
I tell my heart to take a BREAK
I tell myself to get AWAKE
That this shouldn't be for REAL
But, Oh!,how I love the THRILL
I guess I'm used to feeling this WAY
This feeling, like your heart is going ASTRAY
I'm praying, hoping I'm on the right PATH
And wishing I'm somewhere in your HEART
Even if at the end of the DAY
My love for you comes to no USE
Still, I'd forever be GAY
That,for once,you were my MUSE
