Reina from Midnight Lore a witch and an ally to Evangeline has a small role in Wings of the Night so she doesn't show up much
Reasons:
After the Witch Queen got murdered Reina was assigned as the new queen which was a surprised for her since she didn't expect it to happened and to her she has a lot to fill in and learn
And she felt bad that she couldn't chill with Evan and the others that she apologized to Evan so much but Evangeline said it was okay that we have an important roll to do
Though Reina does make a small appearance in Harmony of Hell for a Supernatural meeting and was surprised but happy to see Luca back again from the dead
Maybe I should give her own series
