Chris' POV:
I pulled up to Footlocker and clicked the button on my cars keys to lock my car I was 10 minutes late but I don't really care. I'm not gonna stay forever working here anyways. I said hello to everyone, signed in and walked to the stock room grabbing the shoe boxes from the shelf and taking the trainers out. On my way here I was looking for Kiki but didn't see her ass here so just got to starting my shift.

10 minutes later I see Kiki on the other side of the room arranging the trainers on her side I'm surprised she never came to check up on me I watched her for a few seconds I know I got a girl but there's something about Kiki that I like.

I walked over to her and stood next to her with my arms folded "You alright Kiki?" She kept her eyes glued to the trainers still arranging them on the shelf. "Yeah I'm fine." she said in a bored tone. "You barely said a word since you came in" I watched her doing the trainers on the shelf. She stopped what she was doing and turned to face me "I'm fine Chris honestly I just want to finish this shift and leave that's all." She said yawning.

I laughed quietly, and look at the time on my wrist watch. "Well we have 6 hours left until we finish anyway." She rolled her eyes at me "Yeah tell me about it." I laughed lowly as I don't want other people to catch me not doing my job. I looked around the store and whispered "I'll let you continue doing the shelf see you later yeah?" She nodded and smiled at me, I smiled back giving her a quick hug and speed walked to my side of the shelf quickly taking out the rest of trainers from the box and putting them on the shelf.

I looked at my wrist watch, "2 hours left until break" I quietly said to myself while finishing off the box of trainers I was doing, I quickly looked to my right to see a customer looking up at the trainers on the shelf thinking to himself. I picked up the empty box and threw it in the recycling bin then walked over to the customer who seemed confused.

"Hello do you need help with anything?" I asked the customer with a smile on my face. He looked at me with a smile and said "Yeah I was just looking for these in a size 7." He said holding the trainers in his hand. "Yeah I can sort that out for you, let me check the stock room." I said to the customer "Thanks man." I took the trainers from him walking towards the stock room to look for a size 7 for the guy.
