Human Hybrids are suppose to be a VERY, VERY uncommon occurrence, thats why Edd is the only one so far.
I know this is kinda weird thing to do, but ONLY my CLOSE friends can make a Human hybrid, and they'd need to follow different rules they'd need to ask about.
