We all know the stories where Robin's never taken in by Batman, and causes the YJ Team some trouble and seduces Wally. But what if we switch their roles?
Requirements:
1) Wally's parents died in a car crash the day he got his powers, and never told anybody about them.
2) Wally runs away from foster care before his uncle, Barry, can adopt him.
3) Wally begins traveling the world as Quick Step, a sorta hero who beats super-villains but also causes his own mischievous villainy along the way.
4) Wally doesn't need to eat a stupid amount of food, but if he does the energy is saved for later.
5) Wally is more of a chemistry genius than usual, and makes use of it.
6) Birdflash!!!!!!
