"Liam, focus!" The director's voice snapped Liam from his thoughts. Shaking his head, Liam turned to face the mirrored wall. Gazing at his reflection, he focused his core energy on this, but found the task rather difficult. Concentrating once more, he tried again...but nothing happened. Glancing at his director with shame, he lowered his hands.

"Why have you stopped, Liam?" His director's low voice made Liam feel small.

"I don't feel it today, Master," the young Drawolf lowered his gaze sadly. I haven't felt it all week, he thought to himself. The director rubbed his temples in exasperation,

"Very well, take a break. Come back in about an hour. And Liam," he turned to the retreating boy, "Don't be late." Liam nodded and dashed out of the small room and down the open hallway. "What you looking at?" A tall boy with wild orange hair put his arm around Liam's shoulders.

"N-n-nothing!" Liam dropped his gaze to his feet instantly. Why did he always feel like this when he looked at Judy? What was this...feeling? The orange haired boy fluttered his large yellow bat-like wings and squinted across the room. His eyes caught the group of girls that was gathered around Judy.

"Oh, you want to evolve fast and get hooked don't you?" Liam blushed hard, pushing the boy away.

"No I was...I was admiring the...the um..." Liam mentally smacked himself for this.

"The girls...?" The orange haired boy was smiling down at Liam.

"N-no! The wall! I like the wall, Jacob." Liam pointed to the wall behind the table where the girls were seated. Jacob blinked in confusion,
