Back To Team Flash part 1

*taking this story from the time when savitar was defeated by barry ,HR died , iris survived , Killer Frost Bacame Caitlin Again .. But caitlin and barry never left , instead they tried to form back team flash , helping caitlin controlling her powers *

"Are you sure you all are okay with me back here ?" She asked , hesitantly , she knew what she had done , she knew how horribly she had screwed up .. she betrayed her friends ... theres nothing worst than this

She looked down as she thinks to herself all the terrible stuff she has done

"You are part of the team , you will always be part of the team " cisco walked towards her and gave her a warm hug ..

She rest her head on his shoulder and felt the warmth of the friendship and care ...

They pulled away , smiling ..

"Thankyou guyz , for giving me a chance ... " she said , making eye contact to iris and barry she took a step forward ,  she continued " if at any second you feel , that I shouldnt be here , you should tell me ... it wont be your fall to not trust me again " she said looking at iris

Iris wasnt quiet sure about her opinion in this .. She didnt know how to feel about the person who has saved barry's life soo many times , but she couldnt also not forget that she helped savitar kill her .. her emotions were mixed ..

She looked at barry for answers , barry looked at her and gave her a nodd .. she smiled , she moved ahead and and hugged caitlin

"It doesn't matter , all that matters is that your back " she pulled away and smiled at her

"And we are all glad " she grined ..

"Thankyou " caitlin said with tears building up in her eyes looking for a way to escape but she didn't wanted to ..

Her lips turned red from blue , her eyes chocolate brown , she was no more killer frost , but something was different about her now , she wasnt completely caitlin , and she wasnt completely killer frost , frost didnt had control over her anymore ..

"Do you need this ?" Jullian appeared with her blue star power dampening necklace .. and a cure for her powers ...

Iris , barry , joe and cisco everyone's eyes were stuck at caitlin , and her decision ...

She smiled at Jullian , he hasnt seen that smile in.a long time ,a smile that made him felt welcomed ... a hope to get caitlin back in his live rose in his heart

"I dont want them " she said , she turn to see the reaction on everyone's faces , iris and joe were confused , barry had no expression on his face , whatsoever ... cisco was smiling

"Are you sure " asked cisco , confirming the thoughts running in his mind ..

"I've caused soo much pain  and misery trying to avoid and hide from her .. " she began " All this time  , we thought " she paused " I thought , that she was someone eles , that I had to be saved from her , but she isnt , she isn't anyone eles , its me "

"Your not killer frost " He Speaks ... after almost an hour , he finally spoke .. those words hit caitlin like arrow , she gathered herself and spoke again "I'm not" she said looking at him , finding the warmth in his eyes , that she always used to see for her ....

"But im not caitlin either " she looked down

she smiled when she looked up "I dont know , who I am anymore .. and I want to find out what it means to be caitlin snow with these powers "

she took a step towards them "and I will need your help " she turned to cisco

"If thats what you've decided than , thats exactly what we will do" cisco said reassuring her

"We've helped trained barry , and jessie and wally .. Your powers will be new to handle , but we'll figure it out " harry patted her on the back , she turned to him with a warm smile she gave him a hugg ...

"Thankyou " she said looking at everyone ..

Everyone passed her a smile in returned , "I should go , my boss is driving me crazy about these stories " said iris and chuckled , she gave barry a kiss  , and grabbed her coat ,

"Ill drop you , I have to sign in to the precinct " jullian offered

"I'll join you " joe stood up from his chair ... bid goodbye to the team

" I'll be in my lab , I have to figure out how to train you now " cisco said excitedly

"Alone " harry laughed and went with him ..

Barry looked at caitlin , but Caitlin couldn't met his eyes ...

They stood there awkwardly for few minutes , caitlin wanted to apologize and talk to him but she couldn't find the right words

Barry scratched his head , and he was about to walk out of the cortex

"Barry " she managed to blurr out

He stopped but took a second to turn around

She sat down.on the stairs of the medical bay ...

Patting on the floor , for barry to sit on

He came towards her and sat down besides her ,after so long he had felt like his friend was back , friend that never left his side , stuck by him through the worst of days .. was finally sitting besides him ...

Caitlin was trying to find the right words to say to him , what was left to say , she had helped kill the women he loves , how can anyone be forgiven for a crime like that 

Looking down they both were just feeling the warmth of each other ,sitting besides each other , like anything wasnt necessary

Finally , breaking the silence and managing the words caitling spoke

"Barry , I'm sor-" she began was cut off when he put her arms around her , for a second she was frozen , she couldnt move , she did not expected this .. sensing the the tension in her reaction he tightened his gripp around her , which made her tears fall from her eyes like waterfalls , she couldnt stop it anymore , she had controlled her emotion in front of everybody but his embrace was so comforting , everything eles just faded , she held him tight and cried histerically

Saying just these words over and over again "I'm sorry barry , I'm so sorry " he was tightly holding on to her  "i got you , its okay , I got you " tears escaped his eyes in harmony with hers .. they stayed like that for a long time  .. crying , apologising to each other , embracing each other , holding onto each other..

An hour later

"Thak God , you remembered where you put it " ssaid joe walking behind iris

Iris entered the cortex "I will grab my phone in a sec " she yelled to her dad who was waiting for her outside , she found her phone and as she was walking out she looked over to the medical bay

, she saw barry and caitlin sitting on the bay stairs, barry's one hand  holding caitlin by her shoulder and the other intertwined with her hand , caitlin's head rested on his chest ... peacefully asleep both of them didnt even noticed anyone coming ..

Iris moved alittle close to them , and realized they have been crying .. she realized, it was after a very long time that barry had cried in front of anyone .. she stroked barry's  face , she hadnt seen him this peacefully asleep since he had found about savitar .. she smiled at their site , she didn't felt too secure about the fact that it was caitlin he was with.. but , she was happy to see him that way ... she looked around, found a blanket on one of the beds in the bay , she grabbed one of those and coverd them with it .. and left with her phone in her hand ...
