My Happiness

This was the second poem that won first place in a contest by renaeloveswriting hope you like it.

MY HAPPINESS

To see them smile is all that it takes,
For me to smile too even if my world shakes.
Seeing them happy is all that I need to see,
For me to say that I, too, am happy.

Just simply hearing their joyous laugh,

For me, it will always be enough.
Feeling their love for each and everyone,lMakes me feel comforted and not alone.

Hearing their voices, softly calling me,

Makes me feel blessed, what a lucky me!
Who am I to be worthy of their presence?
Who am I to be graced with this kind of happiness?

They're my strength, my shield, my cornerstone

They're my love ones, they are my foundation.

Just simply talking to them about life's challenges,

Or laughing with them through funny jokes & teases,

Or filling their cheeks with butterfly kisses,

Or helping them pick up their broken pieces,

Or simply fulfilling their simple wishes,

Are the things that cause my blissful happiness.
