Chapter Nine

"But now your back~ and its so terrifying~ how you paralyze me~"

Taehyung's heart was beating, he was terrified but the adrenaline pumping through his veins caused him to continue his sprint

He was terrified, he didn't want Jungkook to find him but somthing in him slightly regretted leaving him. But he wasn't going to focus on that part right now. He needed to escape completely first

But the bright lights still blinded him as he ran, not being able to see made it difficult for the boy, as you see he didn't notice a root sticking up from the ground

Taehyung squealed and he fell forward and crashed into the ground

It was only then did he look around and realize he had no chance of escaping, because he was in the woods. Far far from any people

Then everything went black

Jungkook heard the door slam open then shut. Taehyung had escaped

All of the sudden panic filled him, but it then he realized where they were. Thankfully Jungkook thought this might happen so he took Taehyung to his home in the woods, it was very far from the next town so he was good

But soon his panic shifted into rage

How dare he leave?

How dare he try and leave him?

Jungkook practically ripped the door off its hinges when he left, anger blinding him like the light did to Taehyung

"Kim Taehyung!!!!!" Jungkook screamed out, his voice echoing around after he finished

Jungkook tried to calm himself down, he didn't want to hurt him.. right?

Jungkook punched the nearest tree, feeling slightly better

Jungkook then noticed How the ground looked slightly disturbed

Curious to see if Taehyung went that way, he burst out into a sprint; trying to catch up to the boy

Not long of running he stopped in his tracks, he found Taehyung unconscious on the floor of the woods

Jungkook was relieved but kinda concerned when he found Taehyung

Jungkook wasted no time and flung Taehyung over his shoulder before heading back to the house

Taehyung quietly groaned as he woke up, his head was pounding. He must've hit the ground hard

"Goddammit!!"

Taehyung jumped a bit as he heard loud shouts coming from down the hall. It was Jungkook

Taehyung widen his eyes as he realized he was back in the house. Not in the cellar, but in a room. A pretty white room with hints of blue

Taehyung also noticed that his wrists were neatly wrapped up in bandages

Jungkook still healed him?

Taehyung's attention snapped back to the yelling as he also heard loud crashing noises, then crying. It repeated in that order

Taehyung's curiosity ate at him as he slowly slipped out of the bed and out the room

The boy slowly walked down the dark hallway, at the end of it was a door that wasn't shut all the way. That's were the loud noises were coming from

Taehyung took a deep breath as he shakily opened the door

what he saw was terrifying

Glass was everywhere, the walls had holes in it. Things were lying around broken. And standing in the middle of all of it was a very broken Jungkook

Taehyung watched as Jungkook moved

The male's face would change from his scary emotionless one to a crying one. And sometimes an angry one would pop in

It was as if these emotions were having a war inside Jungkook. Like each one wanted to take over, but none would stay on his face for long

Jungkook gripped his head and screamed out,
Dropping to his knees

It was a horror show, and Taehyung was actually scared, but he also felt his heart hurt

Jungkook looked almost as if he was pain while all this was happening

Before Taehyung could even think his heart lead him over to the male and he kneeled down  front of him

"Jungkook" Taehyung said and gently removed his hands from his hair

"Kookie r-relax.. I'm here"

Jungkook let out his breath, as if Taehyung had Just saved him and all the pain had disappeared

"That's I-it" Taehyung said and stroked the male's head

Jungkook's eyes were closed and he tried to catch his breath as he had done a lot to himself

Taehyung brushed Jungkook's sweat soaked hair aside

"You'll be okay.."

Jungkook wrapped his arms around the smaller and pulled him into his lap

Taehyung flinched as his heart raced, he was still terrified of Jungkook. But he wasn't about to ruin Jungkook's calm mood

"I-I wasn't always like t-this"

Taehyung just hummed and continued to stroke the male's hair. Trying his best not to shake

They stayed like that for god only god knows how long, and somthing both changed in them that day. Somthing that will change for the better... hopefully
