i quickly ran outside, straight to school, not buying him his beer
i know i'll get hit again as soon as i get home, but i don't mind. what's important is his health
i entered the school doors, ever corridor is full of cliques goofing and talking around
me? i don't have any friends. well, i used to- until she became known, leaving me behind
i went directly in the bathroom, washing my face, trying not to make the scar my dad marked on my face minutes ago show
after washing, i went straight to my locker and grabbed my a.m books
i decided to take a walk on our school grounds, to inhale some fresh air
walking around, the swing near the tree is vacant so i decided to sit there for a while
i leaned my head to the string- handle or whatever you call it. watching people walk around with their friends
i smiled at the sight "i miss you, Stephanie," i whispered to myself
Stephanie was my best friend. she was my partner in everthing, she was my other half
until she was chosen for our school play lead, i was so happy for her, cheering her, supporting her
after the play, everyone started praising her, idolizing her. she was perfect. beautiful in any angle
the thing is, she started hanging out with famous cliques in our school
and then until one day, she completely forgot about me
she became a level 6 like the famous students in our school. she started looking down on me- me as the level 1
