The Consultation

I sat in the waiting room, the door to his office opened.
"Ahh Zane, what can I help you with?" The Doctor said ushering me into the office, I walked in and sat down.
"Well, my uh, girlfriend has been acting different."
"Different how?"
"Well, before she would address every as ~Chan, or ~Kun, and on the rare occasion ~Senpai. Now she doesn't, and I'm not sure why."
"What happened before you started to notice this?"
"We were playing a game with our other friends here on the island, and well, I went a little too far. I felt bad so I left and I was nervous to face her. She wanted to talk and I yelled at her. She left crying, ever since she's been different."
"Hmm, well tomorrow bring her to me, I'll do a brain exam I do on a lot of patients that will determine if she's had a rocky past or a memory that was triggered to cause that."
"Alright, thank you Doctor." I finished, standing up and leaving the office. I made my way over to the front desk and book KC's appointment. Jogging down the stairs I stopped when I saw Aph and Aaron on the floor below leaving from what I presumed to be the ultrasound clinic.
'Aph's gonna kill me she finds out I'm bringing Kawaii~Chan to a brain doctor.' I thought as I turned the corner closest to the stairs. I walked down the dim lit hallway, the quiet silence was deafening. Finding the stairwell I went down it. The only thing I heard were my footsteps slamming into each step. I finally found my way out and decided to go back to our place. The sun warmed me as I made my way home, it was quiet, she wasn't here. I went upstairs, I had already had too much sun today. I opened my door to see KC in my bed, I sighed and shut the door. My eyes widened as I realized that she had one of my t-shirts and no pants on. I closed the door again and decided to just play on my phone, plopping on the couch I checked neko atsume, I tie the day Aph got me into the game. I heard the door open quietly along with footsteps, I tensed up as I slowly turned around. She smiled and walked over, plopping down beside me and snuggling in.
"Sorry about what I did." She said quietly, "I just missed you." I chuckled.
"Wanna come with me tomorrow?"
"Yeah!" I continued to chuckle as I slid my arm around her and turned on the T.V.
