LAST CHAPTER WAS SHORT SO IM UPDATING 2 TIMES TODAY!
Kendall's POV
"Hi I'm Maddie and this is Kendall, and we are looking for homecoming dresses." Maddie tells the stylist working at a small boutique in Beverly Hills (where we live) called, Wolford.
The stylist walks us to a section of the store with very beautiful dresses. Also very expensive...
Maddie Immediately starts to browse.
"K, we all know my color is pastel pink, but I shrink you would look fabulous in cobalt blue." Maddie explains while searching through racks of clothes.
I look at a rack of dresses with confusion. "Cobalt blue? What even is cobalt blue?" I mutter to myself and continue looking.
After around 15 minutes of looking, Maddie and I find each other again. "Okay K I'm ready for round one of trying on!" Maddie smiles. Did she really say that?? "Round 1?! We have already been here for 15 minutes Mads. How many rounds are there?" I explain with exhaustion in my voice.
Maddie thinks for a moment. "Depends on the day. Now come on! Let's go!" Maddie exclaims grabbing my hand and pulling me to the dressing room.
I tried on a few things but none of them felt right. So I decided to just sit outside the dressing rooms and wait for Maddie.
I stare at my phone scrolling through instagram until the stylist taps me on the shoulder. I look up from my phone to see a beautiful blue dress. "I think this would look gorgeous on you." The stylist smiles.
Maddie walks out of the dressing room and sees the beautiful dress. Maddie gasps "See K!! Cobalt blue" Maddie smiles.
"Thank you" I exclaim to the stylist as I go to try it on.
I open the dressing room door and take off my clothes then slip into this beautiful cocktail blue dress and fell in love with it. I take my hair down from the low pony and let it fall down. For the first time in forever, I felt.... beautiful.
I turn the doorknob and walk out in style to show Maddie my dress and she gasps.
"Oh my goodness K. So beautiful."
It's hard to get Maddie to talk about anybody but herself sometimes, no offense, so to see her give me a genuine compliment warms my heart.
"Thanks Mads." I blush.
"I don't care what you say K, you have to buy that dress. Tyler isn't gonna know what hit him!" Maddie says seductively. I roll my eyes.
"I think your right. About the dress part. N-not the Tyler part." I blush and look away as Maddie giggles.
Maddie and I pay for our dresses and are full of excitement. Tomorrow is Friday, the homecoming game is tomorrow night. I couldn't be more happy.

"Annndddd who's ready for Friday Night Football?" The announcer announces to the crowd of roaring high schoolers at Paradon High's exclusive stadium. For being a private school in Beverly Hills, it's pretty self- explanatory what kind of school amenities we have, including a world class football stadium.
Following the rules, Maddie, Chase and I sit in the junior section of the student section of the stadium. "I hope Tyler does well." I smile at Maddie and Chase. "Awww lovebirds." Chase smiles before putting his arm around Maddie. "Ditto" I playfully scoff. I was definitely third wheeling. I look out on the field trying to spot number 54, none other than Tyler Renolds.
I sit quietly watching warm-up until I start to pay attention to the announcer. "I bet you all a billion dollars that Mr Renolds will bring a win for us today. Am I right Paradon High?" The mass amount of students in the stands scream in encouragement for Tyler, my voice being the loudest of them all.
"It may come as a surprise to you unless you were in Mrs Hamilton's fourth period junior English class last week, that Mr Renolds' date to HOCO is indeed not standing on the track tonight! Sorry to all you Pyler shippers, but it seems that Miss Hyland is not side by side with Tyler this year. But who did Tyler ask? Hm... I guess we will leave it to instagram to find that one out. Don't forget to hashtag all your HOCO asks with the hashtag #ParadonHOCO"
"You and Tyler never took a picture!" Maddie exclaims. I never thought a picture would make this much of a difference. "Your right we didn't, Tyler didn't ask me with a sign. Which I'm totally fine with because he got me that beautiful necklace, but we never really had a stereotypical homecoming picture with a sign and stuff." I respond. I totally don't expect Tyler to get me a sign, but it would be cool if he did.
Chase's POV
After hearing Kendall, I thought I should inform Tyler. "Hey Mads I'm gonna go get some of the football player's Gatorade. I'll be right back." I told her. Maddie nods and I stand up to walk down to the track.
"Excuse me sir I can't let you down there." The guard by the track tells me. "I'm assisting coaching tonight." I lied to the guard. He looked at me suspiciously then shrugged and opened the gate.
I ran down into the football pit and found Tyler. "Yo dude, you need to get Kendall a poster." I exclaim. "One step ahead of ya" Tyler smirked pointing to a poster board sitting my the locker room. "Sick dude, what does it say?" I asked.
Tyler blushed and replied "I know I don't dance but can I dance with you @ HOCO?"
"She's gonna love it" I smiled. "Good luck tonight man." I hugged Tyler before running back to my seat next to Maddie.
