Cicero and The Listener

You have always been one to follow the rules and orders, but this may be the job that would break you. As you road through the cold rain on Shadowmere, the only thought you had was if that Jester was okay.

"Faster! Come on!" You yelled at Shadowmere, trying to get the horse to hurry up.

After an hour of riding in the rain and snow, you finally made it to Dawnstar. It was late at night, not even the guards were walking about in this weather. 

"Arnbjorn!" You jumped down from Shadowmere and rush over toward the werewolf.

"Should have figured Astrid would send you." He replied. 

"Here let me heal you." You kneel down beside him, casting the healing spell on him. While you were healing him the sound of Cicero's laughter.

"Yeah, got to admit that little jester is good with that butter knife. But don't worry. I gave as good as I got." He got to his feet, still hugging his side.

"Where is Cicero?" You ask making your way over toward the door.

"In there! Through the door. It's some old Sanctuary, by the looks of it. I would have followed him, but I don't know the phrase" He started to walk away. You place your one the door. 

"I know the phrase. I'll get Cicero." You turn to face him. "Go home, Astrid is worried around you."

"Alright, you convinced me. Doubt I'll be much help to you anyway. Your healing can only do so much." You were just about to set foot into Sanctuary when he said something that made you worry ever more so. "But I slashed him good. Pretty sure I severed an artery. Don't know what you're going to find in there. But you can probably just follow the blood."

"What is Life's greatest illusion?" The black door asked you.

"Innocence my brother." You said, trying to hurry the door to open.

"Welcome home." You ran into the cold Sanctuary, you looked around to find a bloody handprint on the wall. 

" Listener is that you?Oh, I knew you'd come. sent the best to defeat the best. Astro knew her stupid wolf couldn't slay  sly Cicero." It was Cicero.

"Cicero! Come out!" You ran through the first door into the main part of the Sanctuary. All of a sudden ghosts started to walk out from the walls.

"Who lives among the Dead." The Sanctuary Guardian ask while looking around for you. You hid behind one of the pillars.

'Remeber the plan, take out Cicero. Do what your orders say.' You took a deep breath before attacking the Sanctuary Guardian. Right after you have slain the Sanctuary Guardian. Cicero spoke up again.

"Oh, but this isn't at all what mother would want. you. now that's madness." Cicero's voice kept cracking.

"Cicero! Let's just talk about this!"You yelled out, going over to the bridge. Right as you about to walk over the bridge. These spikes came from the wall.

" This Ouch! Pointy, pointy!my home is well defended. I a slicker for details get it? "Stick-ler." Hahahhaha! Oh, I slay me!" You had fallen to the floor of the bridge while the spikes kept going above you.

"CICERO!!!!!!!!" You scream out at the mad man. You crawled across the bridge making your way back to safety.

" You have no respect for the Dead!" Yelled out a Sanctuary Guardian, while he charged at you with his sword. You move away from him, letting you (Weapon of Choice ) strike him down.
