Twisted Dreams

Broken windows,

Shattered dreams,

Lies ring out,

In violent screams.

Cut like diamonds,

Through my heart,

Your truth like shards,

Tore me apart.

Broken down,

Crushed like sand,

Reaching out,

To grip your hand.

Hatred found in,

Blood red tears,

That fall like rain,

Showing my fears.

Your web like lies,

My bitter defeat,

Bound by your hatred,

Crumbled at your feet.

Words unspoken,

Emotions left unseen,

Reliving everything,

In twisted dreams.
