"You're covered in colours." Hansung said, poking Ji-ae's cheek.
The three of them made their way to a secluded level at the Hwarang House. Ji-ae was still pouting about her oil pastels, as well as her encounter with Ban Ryu moments ago.
Hansung had notched a change in her attitude, hence why he was poking her cheek repeatedly to get a reaction, but she gave none.
"You're no fun." He commented, turning around and hugging onto the wooden pillar beside him.
"A True Bone is innocent. A nobody is guilty." Another Hwarang began, making Yeo Wool, Hansung and Ji-ae listen in from across the way. There were a small group of Hwarang's, one stood up addressing the others as he did. "If you are a True Bone, you are innocent. If you are a peasant, you are guilty."
Ji-ae huffed, walking to the wooden railing and leaning forward on it. "It bothers me people think like that."
Yep Wool sighed. "It will be noisy for awhile." He commented, looking across to the same people Ji-ae was studying. "Which side are you on?" He then asked, looking towards Hansung. "Is it the half-breed or Ban Ryu?"
Ji-ae turned to look at Hansung, awaiting his reply.
Hansung spared a glance over his shoulder to Yeo Wool. "Not Ban Ryu." He plainly stated, turning back to only turn back to Yeo Wool. "I cannot stand him."
They then continued looking out infront of them, until Yeo Wool highlighted something wrong.
"Your arm is bleeding." He stated. "Were you hurt?"
Ji-ae knew that she hadn't been hit, so she instantly shipped her head towards Hansung.
"Me?" Hansung asked, now lifting up his own arm. "What is this? I am bleeding." He stated, staring wide eyed at his bloody sleeve. He then soon began whimpering at his arm, using his other arm to support it.
"Hansung." Ji-ae said calmly, but he just fell onto Ji-ae's shoulder. "What are you doing?"
"Am I dying?" He whispered into her ear. Ji-ae soon pulled him back up from her shoulder, shaking her head. "I'm dying." He concluded with.
"You're not dying." Ji-ae flicked his ear, making him pout.
"What was that for?" He whined.
"To bring you back to reality." She said, rolling up his sleeve to see a deep cut on his arm. She cringed at the sight of it and then lowered his sleeve back down.
"What to do?" Yeo Wool sang from behind. "Only if there was a medic in the Hwarang House."
Ji-ae and Hansung gasped. "Is there not one?" Ji-ae asked bewildered. Yeo Wool simply chuckled.
He turned Ji-ae to look to the front doors, highlighting Ah Ro walking through the doors.
"Isn't your friend the daughter of a doctor?" He quizically asked.
Ji-ae beamed and then rushed her way down to her, but before she got to far she grabbed shops of Hansung's free hand and dragged him along with her so that he couls be treated.
Eventhough Ji-ae was the older one, you couldn't tell from the way she greeted Ah Ro.
Upon the last patient leaving Ah Ro's temporary clinic, Ji-ae pounced on the younger one.
"It's been so long since I've seen a female." Ji-ae exclaimed. "Ah Ro, I miss the outside world so much. It's like being trapped in a cage of hungry lions in here, minus Hansung of course, but it's still driving me insane." Ji-ae took a short breath, still holding onto Ah Ro's hands. "I never thought I would miss you. I'm so glad you're here."
