Chapter 2: Ultear Milkovich

Juvia's POV
At the ball, I met a jet black haired girl. Her name is Ultear Milkovich. She loves to somehow flirt with Gray and Gray seems to ignore her. Then suddenly I heard him saying "Ultear... I like another girl, OK?". Well, who could that be? She must be lucky to have him. Of course, because he is smart, cool, handsome, charismatic, and wealthy. I can't stand Ultear flirting with Gray-sama and Gray-sama seems to be annoyed too. So, I walk towards them. He greeted me long-distance.

"Juvia! Come here!" He said. I walk towards them.  Gray-sama and I talk for 5 minutes and ignored Ultear. She seems jealous because I can talk to Gray-sama easily. "Gray-sama, who is this?" I asked him, pointing to Ultear. "Are you his maid? Calling him Gray-sama?" Ultear asked. "No, but Juvia prefers to call Gray-sama with sama," I said. Oh no, I'm talking in third person again. My old habit. "Wow, Juvia... You talk in third person!" Gray-sama said. "That is... Juvia's old habit. Sorry if Gray-sama didn't like it," I said. I really think that Gray-sama didn't like it. "No, don't be sorry. It's fine," Gray-sama said. Ultear sees us with a very weird face around her. Seems that she is jealous.

"Hmph," She said, then leave. "Is she someone you know, Gray-sama?" I asked him. "Y-Yes," Gray-sama said, blushing. Is she someone Gray-sama loves? "Why are you blushing, Gray-sama?" I asked again. "Uhh, no reason. Just because," He answered nervously. "Oh, ok then," I said. Yep, that's definitely why he is blushing. He has a crush on Ultear Milkovich. I don't know why but my heart hurts knowing this. Could it be... I like him? No way. I have never liked someone since the last time I dated Bora.

Gray's POV
Ultear is my ex, so that is why I'm blushing like crazy in front of Juvia. I'm such an idiot.

"I think we must break up Gray," Ultear said. "But... Why?" I asked her. "I like another guy. I've dated him for 2 months now," She said. It broke my heart.

"Gray-sama!" Juvia calls me suddenly. "Gray-sama are you OK?" Juvia asks me. "Uhh, yeah, just some memory from the past," I said. "Is Gray-sama OK? Gray-sama seems tired," She says. Jeez, she really understands me. "Umm, yes, I'm a little bit tired, Juvia," I said, smiling.

"Gray!" Lyon called me. Tch, that jerk. "What?" I asked him with harsh tone. "I saw your ex, Ul... Ultear... Ultear who-" Lyon said, and I immediately cut off his sentence. "I know, I know, now keep silent you dumbass," I growled at him. Juvia looks confused and asks me: "Ultear-san is Gray-sama's ex?". I don't know what should I answer, and suddenly Lyon answers it. "Yes, my Juvia-chan! She is Gray's ex. And Juvia, you've been hanging out with this jerk since before?" He asks jealously. Urgh, I really really really really hate my own cousin.

Juvia's POV
Lyon said that Ultear is Gray-sama's ex. Why am I feeling so happy and relieved that she is his ex? What is this feeling?

There is no way Juvia is in love with Gray-sama...

Yes... But...

This is the feeling when I met Bora...
