So earlier, while I was gone, I visited my cousin's town and there is a festival. The festival is very unique. You know the ice bucket challenge? Well it's like that but without ice and you can actually throw it to everyone mostly Vehicles and it's very very fun. There are also groups of people in a boat and they travel in the river with names.
There are four kinds of 'water throwers' and I will list them from the least to most DANGEROUS
Kids - with water guns
Hose people - yes the hose people
The Runners - they run like behind you and throw it in the open spot where everyone will get wet.
And the most DANGEROUS...
THE FIRETRUCK - THE BIG HOSE OF WATER SPLASHING IT AT THE PEOPLE. AND ITS THE LOCAL FIRETRUCK AND FIREMEN TOO.
