The Regeneration
This Scene shows the Doctor's Regeneration. But I think it could be Simm, who regenerates into Missy...
And even more possible:
It's Missy in disguise. Simm asked her, if she still likes disguises. So Missy decided to Save the Doctor, playes his role again and will regenerate into a very New Master.
And that is why Simm is "very worried about His Future"... Not because of a Love affair with the Doctor ... But because of her Regeneration.
He wants to Save Missy and that's why Simm will fight Side to side with Missy and the Doctor.
It would also explain, why Michelle Gomez will leave the show...
