When he and Linda had been dating for a while, he called up Heather (only a little girl at the time) and jokingly asked her to marry him. When she said, “I can’t, you’re too old!”, Paul responded with, “Oh yes, of course. I forgot that. Well, maybe I should marry your mummy then. That’d be good.”
