AN: I'm back! I have decided to devote one hour each morning to writing this in the summer. Special thanks to:

for being so supportive! This chapter is kind of a break from the drama, but extremely essential to the story! Anyway... on with reading!

The next morning, I woke up to a rooster's crow. After rubbing the sleep from my eyes, I stood up and took in my surroundings. I had to start preparing for the challenge soon, so I walked out of the barn, and into another one. The barn was painted the same forest green as the rest of the buildings, and its golden nameplate read "Stroll of the Studs". Nickers and whinnies greeted me as I walked into the barn, and shining heads poked out of the stall. A Friesian stuck his jet black head out at me, while a quarter horse with a palomino head nudged at me. With my boots ringing on the stone path, I strolled through the elegantly decorated barn, which cried out its masculine vibe. The oak and marble walls led straight up to a black ceiling, and the candle-like lighting lit the dim room. Trophies and tokens perched on elaborate wooden tables, while black and white photographs brought life to the barn.

Leisurely, I browsed the horses, just like I would if I were shopping for clothes

Leisurely, I browsed the horses, just like I would if I were shopping for clothes. The giant barn, and its high ceilings must have housed hundreds of horses, as the walls seemed to never close in. I could see all the stallions walking about in their over-sized stalls, leisurely munching on hay, and I stopped to say hi to quite a few of them. As stunning as they all were, no horse really caught my eye, so I kept walking on.
