"You better get ready Uryu Ishida! Cause I'm gonna beat the hell out of ya, you know that!?" Ichigo announced glaring at him. 

"Correction. We are going to beat the hell out of him." I growled nudging Ichigo in the side with my elbow…hard. He grunted and rubbed his side, glancing at me with a glare and me gladly returning it. 

"Yeah I forgot, we are going to beat the hell out of you." He corrected.

He forgot… Jeez, yeah right. If I got a nickel for every time he said that, I would be rich.

"Liar…" I muttered and crossed my arms as he sighed and rolled his eyes.

Just then Uryu was about to fire an arrow at the hollow that appeared behind us. 

"Oh no you don’t!" Ichigo snarled getting in front of the hollow. Uryu gasped and let go. Ichigo destroyed the arrow coming at him and then turned back to the hollow and killed it.

"To you this is just a contest to see who can kill the most hollows! But we're not interested in playing your game!" Ichigo yelled at him. "Fight us if you're so sure you're superior to soul reapers! And why don’t you prove it right now?! Or are you too afraid?" 

Uryu was wide eyed. 

"Well come on!" Ichigo shouted as he tried to provoke Uryu.

"Ichigo, Hana, wait." Kon alerted us. 

"What do you want?" Ichigo asked annoyed as he turned to him. 

"Look up there." Haru said pointing behind us. We looked and seen that big rip in the sky I seen earlier. 

"What the hell?" Ichigo's eyebrows furrowed at the sight. 

"The hollows, there gathering." Uryu spoke and the rest of us went wide eyed.

Uryu started to run up some steps towards the gathering hollows. 

"Where are you going? There's tooo many of them!" Ichigo shouted to him. 

Uryu stopped with his back to us. "Now who's afraid, Ichigo? If you don’t have the guts, stay back here and watch. I told you before, I am the winner!" 

Uryu shot an arrow towards the hollows in the sky. "Down here filthy hollows! I, Uryu Ishida, the last of the Quincys challenge you!" he shouted up at them.

"Is he really the last one?" Ichigo and I said in unison. 

"Its thought they all be became extinct 200 years ago." Rukia spoke up as we turned to her. "Well not exactly. They were systematically killed by the Soul Reapers."

Our eyes went wide. "As you can imagine it was a very dramatic and painful decision for the Soul Reapers. But in the end it became necessary to kill the Quincys. Because it was the only way to prevent destruction of this world. Soul Reapers were also referred to other names back then. They were called balancers or regulators."
