Rukia's POV.

"A Menos Grande appeared and some how they both defeated it. It wont take long for the news to get back to the Soul Society." I thought to myself as I solemnly stared up at the ceiling in Ichigo's closet.

"Ichigo, Hana…"

Morning/Ichigo's POV.

"ICHIGO!!" Kon shouted as tears made their way down his cheeks. 

I yawned really big and sat up. "What's the big idea of waking me up so early fuzz ball? Have a nightmare?" I growled at the plushy. 

"I'll say it’s a nightmare! Just look what your sister did to me! This is an outrage! I'm calling the stuffed animal--" I cut him off by kicking him off the bed.

"Quit complaining. Yuzu washed you 'cause you were filthy. Besides, you shouldn’t be running around naked anyway. You should be more like Haru and wear clothes." I calmly spoke as I ruffled my hair. 

"The bath and the froufrou were bad enough! But then she took super glue and stuck this flower to my ear!" he yelled as he pointed to the flower. 

I crossed my arms. "So?" 

"Like you don’t see a problem with a boy wearing a flower--" I cut him off again by pulling on the flower on his ear, making him wail in pain.

"Yeah you're right, Kon, that sucker is really on to stay." I nodded. 

My hand was holding my chin in a thinking manner. "Well, I could surgically remove your ear."

"WHAT??!" 

I then turned my attention to the clock on my desk. "Whoa! How did it get to be so late!? Gotta get moving! Breakfast here I come." I shouted running down the stairs.

"What did I ever do to deserve this kind of humiliating treatment? Aren't I one of the team too? Am I not an equal!? Don’t I deserve some respect?! Fine then. If they don’t want me around them, then I'll run away! Take off on a journey of mine own to a place where I deserve to be appreciated! Some place where I truly belong!" Kon thought to himself in anger.

"Hey Rukia, time to leave for school, hey now I'm serious!" I shouted banging on the closet door. 

"I heard you! I'm not deaf you know!" she snapped jumping out of the closet. 

"Hey, is something wrong?" I asked startled by her attitude. 

"No I'm fine. I think I'm just a little tired after yesterdays incident you know?" She answered as she closed her eyes.
