It was a Tuesday morning. Exactly 22 days until the end of junior year for Kathleen. She woke up with a jolt after hearing her alarm clock going off at 6 in the morning. She slowing started waking up. After she was able to open her eyes all the way and sit up, she got out of bed and started getting ready for the day. She played a playlist on her phone as she was getting a shower. She sang along with the song as she washed her body and hair.

Party girls don't get hurt
Can't feel anything, when will I learn
I push it down, push it down

I'm the one "for a good time call"
Phone's blowin' up, ringin' my doorbell
I feel the love, feel the love

1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 drink

Throw 'em back, till I lose count

I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier
I'm gonna live like tomorrow doesn't exist
Like it doesn't exist
I'm gonna fly like a bird through the night, feel my tears as they dry
I'm gonna swing from the chandelier, from the chandelier

But I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down, won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Help me, I'm holding on for dear life, won't look down, won't open my eyes
Keep my glass full until morning light, 'cause I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight

Sun is up, I'm a mess
Gotta get out now, gotta run from this
Here comes the shame, here comes the shame

1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 drink
1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 drink

Throw 'em back till I lose count

On for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Oh, I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight
On for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
'Cause I'm just holding on for tonight
Oh, I'm just holding on for tonight
On for tonight
On for tonight

After her shower she got out and dried her hair. She put on light makeup put on her underwear and went to her closet. As she searched around for something to wear, she decided to call her best friend to help her pick something to wear. So she walked out of her closet and went to grab her phone as it started to ring.

"Oh my lord that's scary." She said to her best friend Megan that was on the other end of the phone.

"What?" Megan said as she laughed.

"I was literally about to call you when my phone started ringing and it was you." Kathleen said as they both laughed.

"Well okay. What did you want?" Her friend said before she was going to spit out her news.

"Well I was searching for something to wear but I just can't find anything." She sighed not knowing what to do, as she had to leave in a half an hour.
