"Babe I miss you so much." I pout as I look at Safaree through FaceTime.
"I know I miss you too."
"When are your coming back?"
"Well they actually changed my contract so I have to be here for a few more weeks before I come back, but even when I do I can't stay long because I have to be back over here for my endorsements."
I felt tears well up in my eyes.
I never get to see him and it's really starting to take a toll on me.
"Onika don't start that crying shit." I could hear the irritation in his voice.
I really do pretty much cry every time we FaceTime.
"I'm not." I sniffle a little.
"Onika you know I love you baby, you just have to be strong for the both of us when I'm not there, you knew what you were getting into when we got married. It's okay to be sad but stop crying all the time you starting to make me not want to call you."
My mood instantly switched I now had an attitude.
"Oh really so that's how you feel?"
"Yeah, you always doing that crying shit and nobody tryna hear that."
"Alright bet whatever Safaree."
Just then my phone dinged signaling someone had texted me.
The number was unsaved and I had no clue who it was.
"Oh who texting you?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Don't worry about it." Is what I say before hanging up.
Everytime we talk he gets meaner and meaner.
That's alright because once I start not crying when we on the phone he gone wish I still was.
I went to my messages and opened it to see who it was
