For a full minute I was staring at him with a blank expression.
What did he just say? An angel?
"What?"
Yah is this guy conceited? Just because he has good looks doesn't mean-
"I'm an angel. Your guardian angel to be precise. I've been looking after you for the past 19 years since you were born." He says.

"G-guardian a-a-angel??"
"Yes. I've been assigned to from the heavens. I know this may seem shocking to you--"
"I'M CALLING THE COPS!! YOU'RE CRAZY!!"
Panic re-arises in me as I immediately reach for my phone on my nightstand.
"Sung-kyung please calm down." He reaches over to me.
"Stay away from me!" I grab a pillow and throw it at him.
The pillow flew right through his face hitting the wall behind.
Wh-what the hell. He really is transparent! I-is he a ghost???

My heart is beating so fast I thought I'd have a heart attack.
"Sung-kyung-" the guy says.
"How do you know my name??" I choke out.
"I told you. I'm your guardian angel. I know you. I know everything about you."
"Y-yyou're not a ghost??" I ask.
"Of course not. Haunting and watching over you are two completely different things."
"How can I see you right now?? I've never seen you before in my life."
"I don't know. I'm as surprised as you are. But at least now you know I'm here."
"You said you've been watching over me for my whole life.. that you know everything about me.... Prove it."
He sighs.
"You have a scar on your forearm." He says.
I roll up my sleeve and look at my arm.
I forgot about this.
"Tch. You could have easily seen it when you dressed-"
My cheeks instantly flushed red.
Pervert!
"You got that scar when you were 8 years old. You fell off your skateboard after trying to impress your crush and scraped your arm on the curb." He continued.
My eyes widen.
"How do you know that?"
He raises his eyebrow.
"Do you still not believe me?"
"..."
"I'll answer as many questions as you want then."
Eventually I take a step towards him.
"Earlier you were transparent...." I begin.
"So how is it that I can touch you?" I ask as I nervously put my hand on his chest.
"Now that you can see me, it must be because I want you to."
He looks into my eyes.
I quickly take my hand off.
"What's your name?"

"My human name was Nam Joo-hyuk." He says.
"You were a human?? Wha-"
"I only recall my name. I don't remember my past life, who I was, or when I died but I'm certain I was once a human in your world."
I was at a loss for words.
What do I do with this guy?
All of a sudden the doorbell rings.
I look from the door to the guy- er.. angel.
"Stay here." I say to him before going to answer it.
